Escape from Zombie School Español

Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 October 2026 · Version 1

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Escape from Zombie School (the "Game") is published by Alberto González Cuenca, NIF 50876905P, Calle Cruz del Sur 14, 28007 Madrid, Spain, as "BetitoGlez" ("we"). Contact: support@albertogc.com. These terms apply when you download or play the Game. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) governs your licence to use the Game; these terms add the Game-specific rules below and do not reduce your rights under it. Apple is not responsible for the Game or for these terms. If you downloaded it from Google Play, these terms are your licence, together with the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer (except where the law allows it), cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or interfere with our servers. The Game, its art, music, characters and code belong to us or our licensors; see Licences.

3. Age and parents

The Game is suitable for a broad audience according to its age rating in each store. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before playing online features or making purchases. Parents can use the parental controls of Google Play (Family Link) and the App Store (Ask to Buy, Screen Time) to manage purchases.

4. Your game account

The Game creates a guest account automatically so you can play without signing in. To use the shop you must link Google Play Games (Android) or Sign in with Apple (iPhone). Your Coins, Gems and power-ups belong to that platform account and can be recovered by signing in with it on another device of the same platform. They do not move between Android and iPhone, and we cannot transfer them. Once you link that account, your level progress and stars are kept with it too and are restored when you sign in with it on another device of the same platform. Progress earned on a guest account that was never linked stays with that installation and may be lost if you uninstall the Game or change device. If you sign in on a device where you already played as a guest, the Game asks before switching to your saved game and adds that device's levels and stars to it; it never discards either of them without asking.

5. Coins, Gems and power-ups

6. Purchases, withdrawal and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google or Apple under their terms; we never receive your payment details. Gems are digital content supplied immediately after payment. By confirming a purchase you request immediate supply and acknowledge that, once the Gems are delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU otherwise have.

Refunds are requested from the store (Google Play refunds, Apple refunds). When a store notifies us that it has refunded a Gem purchase, we remove the refunded Gems from your balance, never below zero. If those Gems were already spent, purchases in the shop are blocked until the matter is resolved with support. This does not affect your statutory rights if the Gems were not delivered or the Game is faulty: contact us.

7. Fair play

Do not modify the Game, manipulate its data or traffic, or use exploits to obtain rewards. We may remove items obtained unfairly and suspend accounts that break these terms, after telling you why where the law requires it.

8. Availability and changes

Most of the Game works offline; online features (progress sync, shop) depend on our providers. We update the Game, may change or remove features, and may end the online service with at least 60 days' notice in the Game or on this website. If we end the service, we will not sell Gems in the last part of that period.

9. Liability

We provide the Game with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life or health. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions caused by events outside our control.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in its courts. Please contact us first at support@albertogc.com; we try to resolve every issue amicably.

11. Changes to these terms

We will publish changes here with a new effective date and, for important changes, tell you in the Game before they apply.
